As a web developer, I&#039;m all for updating browsers (especially IE5, IE5.5, IE6, IE7 and IE8) for users to have fast browsing, beautiful layouts and safer browsing.

As a tech support specialist and imperfect person, I can see why IT professionals would keep users away from Firefox. With such quick iterations, how much time do they &lt;em&gt;really&lt;/em&gt; have for bugchecking?</description>
