How Interweave Handles Mistakes
Back in 2011, we attended an event where a former HealthSouth executive shared his story about the events that led to his time in a correctional facility for his involvement in the misreporting of HealthSouth's earnings to investors and others in the financial community. The discussion prompted us to reflect on how such a situation would be handled at Interweave.
The cover-up at HealthSouth began early in the executive's career with a relatively small incident—a few thousand dollars lost in a quarter. He was asked to "fix it" and, despite acknowledging his responsibility, he complied. This initial cover-up set a precedent, and each subsequent quarter, the demands to falsify reports grew stronger and more significant.
How Interweave Handles Missing Client Expectations
In contrast, at Interweave, transparency and honesty are fundamental principles. Instead of being asked to conceal errors, we are encouraged to promptly inform both colleagues and clients about any mistakes, regardless of their size. This approach ensures that we can address and rectify issues more effectively.
From the company's leadership to every team member, open and honest communication is highly valued at Interweave. By fostering a culture of transparency, we are better equipped to meet and exceed client expectations, maintaining trust and integrity in all our interactions.
If you are interested in a partnership with a company like ours, we are always looking for new and better ways to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our clientele. Please reach out through our contact form or at 256.837.2300 / info@interweavetech.net to discuss a partnership with us.
