What it is
An AI readiness assessment looks at your organization the way a security and compliance review does, not the way a software demo does. Before recommending any AI tool, we look at what data it would touch (customer records, CUI [controlled unclassified information], PHI, financial data), who has access to it today, and how that access is controlled. We look at your existing workflows and IT infrastructure to see where an AI tool would actually save time, and where it would just be another system to secure. The result is a plain-English picture of your organization's AI readiness: where the foundation is solid, where it needs work first, and where a compliance obligation (CMMC, NIST, HIPAA, or the FTC Safeguards Rule) applies to whatever you adopt.
